    If your UK order is completed before 3pm Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same business day. For International orders, please order before 1pm for same business day dispatch.

Once you have added all of the SMOKO products you want and have updated the delivery details, your FREE Shipping will be applied to your Shopping Cart.

E-CIGARETTE AND VAPE RETURNS POLICY

At SMOKO, we want you to love your purchase and all your interactions with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a refund if unopened or faulty (as SMOKO is a consumable item we cannot accept any opened, used items or e-liquids).

To speed up the processing of your inquiry please send a copy of the invoice along with a brief letter explaining the issue.

We highly recommend the goods you are returning are sent by via recorded delivery. Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns made within the United Kingdom and postage will be paid by the sender.

SHIPPING YOUR E-CIGARETTES WITH OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS

Once your order has been processed, it will be sent using one of our great delivery methods and generally will be with you the next business day.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, DPD Local and UK Mail for our UK deliveries and FedEx and DHL for our International deliveries.

Royal Mail normally takes 1-3 working days to deliver - If you have been waiting more than 5 working days please contact us and we will do everything we can to get the issue sorted.

DPD Local and UK Mail/DHL Parcel - Both our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, than it will be sent out with UK Mail/DHL Parcel. Neither of our couriers will deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Non - Mainland England - please select Royal Mail.

Saturday Delivery - Saturday Delivery will always go with DHL Parcel and it is an all day delivery service.

International Delivery - international orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same business day. We would suggest selecting ParcelForce for EU deliveries and DHL for non-EU and international orders.

For our International customers, most orders will arrive within 5 business days once we have processed the order, but please allow between 7-14 days.

Worldwide Shipping - We offer worldwide delivery for most countries depending on the local laws, price depends on the quantity ordered.

Please note the customer will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees and any other additional charges.

Unfortunately due to Custom restrictions and the local laws, we cannot send to the following countries: United States, Argentina, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Columbia, Egypt, Finland, India, Jordan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UAE Including Dubai, Qatar
