What nicotine strength should I choose?
Unlike other nicotine replacement products, e-liquids come in a wide range of nicotine strengths, which may help to explain why vaping is proving to be a more successful way to quit smoking.
Choosing your nicotine strength when you start vaping should be based on your current nicotine intake - so heavy smokers should choose a high strength e-liquid, such as 1.8 - 2%.
